New sessions, Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm

Starting 16 September 2020. Sessions are freely given. Donations to Barefoot Barn welcome.

For adults who have attended a mindfulness course, use an app or who have some experience of mindfulness or meditation. If you would like the support of a group and guided meditations, this is a great way to develop on-going practice and meet fellow practitioners.

Beginning with some gentle stretching to arrive and settle, you will be guided in a variety of practices. There will be an invitation to share reflections or insights at the end of the session, but there is no obligation.

Directions to Barefoot Barn

From Chagford centre, go down Mill Street and a little way down on the left take the drive signed ‘Eaglehurst’. Park the car to left of the entrance to ‘Eaglehurst’, walk through gravelled area passed the house, pass a garage on your right and through a wooden gate and the Barefoot Barn is on your right.
Sessions start 6.30pm promptly so you are welcome to arrive 5 or 10 mins beforehand, to settle in.
