Starting 14 January 2020. Sessions are offered on a donation and drop-in basis.

For adults who have attended a mindfulness course, use an app or who have some experience of mindfulness or meditation. If you would like the support of a group and guided meditations, this is a great way to develop on-going practice and meet fellow practitioners.

Beginning with some gentle stretching to arrive and settle, you will be guided in a variety of practices. There will be an invitation to share reflections or insights at the end of the session, but there is no obligation.
