45-minute introductory presentation
Includes background on general principles of secular mindfulness, an overview of the 8-week programme, short guided practice and Q&A
8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction group programme for staff
Consists of 8 weekly 2 hour sessions for groups of up to 12.
8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction group or 1-1 programme for senior management
Consists of 8 weekly 2 hour sessions for groups of up to 12 or 1.5 hour weekly sessions on a 1-1 basis.
2-day Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction intensive - a foundation to the 8-week programme
Consists of 2 hour morning and afternoon sessions on consecutive days for groups of up to 12 or or 1.5 hour for a 1-1 session.
Mindfulness Days - an introductory day or refresher for staff who have completed an 8-week course
Monthly lunchtime guided practice sessions for all staff
